- Empower and uplift deprived households by reaching the maximum number with financial potential and viability through proven delivery mechanisms and a technology-friendly system.
- Develop a well-managed and reputed institution with high staff morale and commitment to organizational goals.
- Transform the informal financial sector into a formal financial sector by educating those not involved in banking services and teaching them to perform banking transactions.
- Increase financial literacy, inclusion, and access to banking services for backward and marginalized communities.
- Encourage and support poor or marginalized individuals to start their Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to promote economic independence.
- Empower rural communities through financial advising, enabling them to start their own enterprises and generate income.
