• Reach maximum number of deprived households with potential and financial viability by adopting proven delivery mechanisms and use technology friendly system.
• To develop a well managed reputed institution with high staff morality.
• Transforming the informal financial sector into a formal financial sector i.e. teaching those who are not involved in banking services to do banking transaction.
• To increase financial literacy, inclusion and access to backward communities.
• Encourage poor or marginalized people to start their Small and Medium Enterprises.
• Empowering rural people by financial advicing so that they can start their enterprises and earn money.
