About Us

Motivated by the goal of serving the unbanked and marginalized people of the country, Infinity Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. (IMBSL) was established as a national level, D class microfinance institution in 2017. Upon receipt of a banking license from Nepal Rastra Bank and operations license from the Company Register Office, the office was inaugurated by the Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank, Dr. Chiranjibi Nepal, on 7th Magh, 2073. IMBSL has its Head Office in Gaindakot – 2, Nawalparasi.

Mr. Bishnu Kumar Ghimire (Chairman)

Mr. Bishnu Kumar Ghimire holds M.A, M.Ed. from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, Nepal. He also holds Bachelor degree in law (B.L) from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, Nepal. He is founder principal in Ambition Academy, Ambition College & also lecture of various other colleges. He is also a writer, Nepali translator & social worker.

Mr. Ram Krishna Dangol (Director)

Mr. Ram Krishna Dongol holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. Mr. Dongol is Managing Director of Emkay Apartment Guest House. He has gained 2 decades of experience in Hospitality Industry since 1999 including 2 years of ventures in Tours & Travels Trades in Thailand.

Mr. Ramesh Karmacharya (Director)

Mr. Ramesh Kumar Karmacharya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and has over 20 years of experience in business. He serves as a Director of the company and has joined the Board with effect from Poush 30, 2082.

Advocate Shashi Timalsina (Director)

Mrs.Shashi Timalsina holds a Master’s degree in Rural Development from Tribhuvan University and a Bachelor of Law from Nepal Law Campus. With over 13 years of experience in the financial sector, she serves as a Director of the company and joined the Board with effect from Poush 30, 2082.

Mrs. Prava Khanal(Director)

Mrs. Prava Khanal holds a Bachelor degree in Business Studies from Tribhuvwan University, Nepal. Mrs. Khanal has experience of Teaching. She is holding her own business & has experience in different capacities. She has joined the Board of Director of the company with effect from poush 28, 2080.

Mr. Mukunda Prasad Bhattarai

Mr. Mukunda Prasad Bhattarai holds a Master degree in Business Studies from Tribhuvwan University, Nepal. Mr. Bhattarai has experience of chief account officer at Upendra Devkota Memorial National Institute of Neurological and Allied Sciences (Neuro Hospital) and also experience of Assistant Accountant as His Majesty's Government of Nepal Radio Broadcasting Service (Radio Nepal), Singha Durbar, Kathmandu. He has joined the Board of Director of the company with effect from poush 28, 2080

Mr. Maheshwar Prasad Joshi (Independent Director)

Mr. Maheshwar Prasad Joshi holds a Masters degree in Humanities from Tribhuvwan University, Nepal and also passed the Diploma of Law. Mr. Joshi has worked in various banks in Nepal. He has gained more than 37 years of experience in banking sector in different capacities. He has joined the Board of Director of the company with effective from Ashoj 7, 2079.
